Each day at 5 PM Pacific, LexSummary scans courts across the US and internationally for new IP and AI opinions.

Courts we search daily: SCOTUS, all 13 US Circuit Courts of Appeals, PTAB, ITC, Court of Federal Claims, Court of International Trade, 94 Federal District Courts (via CourtListener), 50+ State Supreme Courts, and top courts in G20 countries.

Courts we cannot reliably search: ~50 US State Intermediate Appellate Courts (most lack public APIs). Foreign-language courts are no longer a barrier — as of 2026-04-28 the daily scan reads opinions natively in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, and publishes English summaries with a link to the original via the shortcode.
