Disposition Notice
On October 29, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted in part Atlas Link Inc.’s amended motion for default judgment against Angel Conde in No. 5:26-cv-00703. The court entered default judgment on all counts and awarded Atlas Link $180,000 in statutory damages, but denied the request for attorney’s fees. It permanently enjoined Conde and persons acting with or for him from infringing the MYTVONLINE mark in the sale, distribution, or advertising of products or services, including use of the MYTVONLINE trademarks or substantially similar marks in connection with streaming software or related services. The injunction also bars direct or indirect infringement of Atlas Link’s copyrighted works and specified continued marketing, licensing, display, reproduction, development, manufacture, and related activities involving works derived or copied from them. The court awarded $405 in costs while preserving Atlas Link’s right to seek additional costs from the Clerk’s Office, including enforcement-related costs, and closed the case. The order states that its reasons appear in the opinion issued the same date and the August 24, 2026 opinion at ECF No. 23; those reasons are not set out in this order.
